Love where you work. Hangar is where ideas and careers become reality. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/ receptionist. You will be the first point of contact at the office of a leading interactive marketing agency.

Responsibilities

With your incredible previous experience, you will:

  • attend to the front desk
  • Be the custodian for Petty cash
  • Manage meeting arrangements
  • Assist the Office Manager
  • Assist in the purchasing process
  • Maintain record of purchasing orders and inventory within the accounting system
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage the office’s inventory, cafeteria and cleaning supplies
  • Provide general support to all staff
  • Collaborate with event planning
  • Act as support to occupational health and emergency brigade teams

Required skills

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude…

You must have:

  • High School Degree completed
  • At least 2 years of experience in this position or similar
  • Working experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, fax machines and printers)
  • Working experience with client's (internal and external)
  • Working experience attending to administrative tasks
  • Fluency in English (Minimum B2 reading, writing, and conversation)

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
