About the role

Internal Job #CMA00013 The Visual Designer is an original thinker who contributes to the development of creative concepts, translating them into visual, interactive and print form. Working in the Creative team, the Designer is a team player who is skilled in matching strategic direction with appropriate design results for both digital and traditional marketing initiatives (omnichannel). Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design related applications is essential.


  • Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
  • Creating and developing design concepts.
  • Designing and producing: social media campaigns, brand initiatives, marketing activations, logotypes, OOH, print collateral, illustrations, infographics, animation concepts, online advertising pieces as well as final art preparation.
  • Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables.
  • Building and maintaining a team rapport with creative team personnel, account managers, & project managers.

Required skills

  • Strong design portfolio with 3+ years education, 3+ years design and interactive work experience.
  • Strong expertise in branding and marketing campaign concept and implementations.
  • Passion for visual communication and high sensitivity for current trends in design and aesthetics.
  • Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.
  • Self motivated, organized and accountable.
  • Timely, responsible, prepared and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Comfortable brainstorming and contributing to the bigger idea.
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas.
  • Developed and diverse communication skills.
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
  • High proficiency in the use of tools such as Sketch, InVision, Principle, as well as Keynote, Powerpoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (PS and AI).
  • Understanding of UX concepts, interactivity, usability, accessibility, product design and design systems, responsive and mobile design.
